We want you to age confidently and live on your terms. Sometimes that means knowing where to turn for vital resources, such as in-home care. Our social service programs provide life-changing support to improve the quality of daily life for older adults, families, and caregivers.

Related Events

“A Day Out” Adult Day Program

This program provides a safe, structured, and engaging social setting for older individuals with early to mid-stage memory loss. Participants connect and engage with others, and care partners have time to focus on their own well-being. An evaluation is required before participation in this program.

Memory Café

This program is designed for people with memory loss and their care partners. Participants with memory loss and care companions can take part in fun activities in a relaxed setting while making new friendships and offering support to each other.
