“A Day Out” Adult Day Program
This program provides a safe, structured, and engaging social setting for older individuals with early to mid-stage memory loss. Participants connect and engage with others, and care partners have time to focus on their own well-being. An evaluation is required before participation in this program.
Memory Café
This program is designed for people with memory loss and their care partners. Participants with memory loss and care companions can take part in fun activities in a relaxed setting while making new friendships and offering support to each other.
WHY IS COMMUNITY SUPPORT IMPORTANT?
As we age, many of us are alone more often than when we were younger, which leaves us vulnerable to social isolation. People who engage in meaningful, productive activities tend to live longer, more fulfilled lives. That is why support groups are essential. Bacoa’s support groups are an excellent opportunity to socialize and be around like-minded people.
We’re here for you.
Bacoa is your connection to helpful resources. Our team is ready to assist with any aging-related needs. We look forward to connecting with you.
