Learn about the basic concepts of pharmacy practice and how those affect patients. We discuss medication related problems and the importance of a basic understanding of what you take and what for. We also give practical information such as how to remember to take meds and how to coordinate your medication regimen. At the end of the presentation, the audience has had a solid introduction to pharmacy issues that should be on everyone’s radar.
